On 10 October 2020 YEN held its first ever Online General Assembly! More than 50 participants, representing 26 member organizations, partners and guests gathered to decide on the plans of the YEN network in the next years and elected new Board Members, Working Group Members and an Auditor.
After the trying times of corona, we have decided to hold this year’s General Assembly (GA) – due to the given situation – online, on the 10th of October 2020, from 9.30 am (CEST) till 2 pm.

The Youth of European Nationalities (YEN) is looking for participants for the E-Training “Think beyond borders”, part of the YEN’s Digital Summer.
The Youth of European Nationalities supports and follows our member organisation Serbske młodźinske towarstwo Pawk z. t. in strongly condemning the anti-Sorbian attacks of last Saturday.
Note: The course has been rescheduled to take place in spring 2021 from 28 March to 26 June. The Minority Changemaker Programme is a three-month learning programme in spring 2020 (April-June 2020) at Jaruplund Højskole close to Flensburg, in the middle of the German-Danish border region.
Under the motto “MYnority – My Say” we have focused our activities and work in 2019 on youth participation as fundamental subject for young people, who want to engage themselves more and have a say in the political or local decision-making processes.
Summer has come and it is time to spread the message of diversity, spread the word about issues of young people and minorities in Europe and to create understanding and help in the building of peaceful societies.
In the end of May 2019, people across the European Union will have a chance to decide on the future of Europe – by casting their vote in the elections to the European Parliament.
