Dúmkes – little thumb cookies
75 gr. butter 75 gr. hard fat 125 gr. Brown sugar 1 egg 300 gr. flour 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 tablespoon aniseed Sniff of salt 50 gr. Almonds (chopped) 50 gr.

Fry 1 cup of oil and 2 cups of flour with constant mixing until the flour becomes caramel coloured (be careful that it doesn’t burn). At the same time cook 2 cups of sugar with 4 cups of water.
Yeast dough 1 Egg Salt Bacon Cut the bacon in cubes and whisk the egg. Grease a backing tray and lay the yeast dough on top and cover it with the whisked egg. Spread the bacon cubes on top and bake it in the oven for 15-20 min.
