Potato dumplings with feta


  • 700 gr. potatoes
  • 500 gr. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 50 gr. bacon
  • 120 gr. feta
  • 250 gr. cream
  • salt


Peel and grate the potatoes. Add the flour, egg and salt. Form the dumplings and cook them in boiling water with some extra salt. Mix feta and the cream together in a bowl. Mix the cream with the dumplings and serve with fried bacon on top.
