Support association/Förderverein for the youth of the autochthonous national minorities

What do you think when you hear or read the word - YEN?:

Unforgettable experiences, friendships, youthful spontaneity, open-mindedness and spirit, certainly commitment for the sake of the minorities as well; active and creative young people, who are all working for the benefit of their own goals and for the rights of the autochthonous, national minorities, who have joy and pleasure in their work and who disseminate this engagement throughout their own minority at home.

We want that the opportunity to have these experiences and to exchange ideas amongst young people from the different minorities will continue to be offered also to the youth of the future. Because obtaining financial support for European NGOs is not becoming easier, we -former active YEN-members- have founded a support association / Förderverein for the autochthonous national minorities in Europe this year, 2006.

It is our main goal to support the youth of the autochthonous national minorities in Europe both with ideas and financially. The association will focus on YEN in particular, supporting mainly its activities, seminars and international meetings.

It is a specific priority to acquire financial means for the benefit of YEN. For this goal the support association / Förderverein raises membership fees, searches for donations and asks support from public institutions and private foundations.

At this place we ask you, to support the autochthonous national minorities through the membership in our support association / Förderverein. The membership for natural persons is at least 100 EURO per year. Organisation and institutions have to pay at least 200 EURO per year.

You will support YEN as a living and dynamic network under the motto "Living diversity"

 

You support the future of your minority, thus in fact also your children and grandchildren!
